Does this replace 911 or emergency services?
No. SenCare is a proactive wellness checking tool, not an emergency response system. If your parent is experiencing an acute emergency, they should call 911.
Does my parent need a smartphone or WiFi?
Not at all! Sarah calls them using a standard telephone network. It works perfectly on basic flip phones, or any standard mobile device. No smartphones or internet required for your parents.
What if they don't answer the phone?
You can customize the retry logic. By default, Sarah will try again after 15 minutes. If there is still no answer after a set number of attempts, you will receive an immediate SMS alert.
