We use the collected information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Specifically:

• To place scheduled automated calls to the designated care recipient.
• To analyze transcripts using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide wellness summaries and alerts to the caregiver.
• To send SMS or email notifications regarding missed calls or detected emergencies.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers required to operate the Service, such as:

• Telephony Providers (e.g., Telnyx): To route and connect phone calls and send SMS messages.
• AI/Voice Providers (e.g., Vapi.ai, Google Gemini): To generate natural voice interactions and analyze call transcripts. All AI analysis is strictly for providing the Service to you.
• Cloud Hosting (e.g., Vercel, Neon): For secure database hosting and application infrastructure.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement standard security measures to protect your data. Call recordings and transcripts are retained only as long as necessary to provide historical logs on your dashboard. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
