Welcome to SenCare.ca. By accessing or using our automated voice check-in service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Service (Not a Medical/Emergency Service)
2. Consent to Record Calls
By using SenCare to call a care recipient, you represent and warrant that you have obtained explicit consent from the care recipient (or hold legal authority to act on their behalf) to:
- Receive automated AI-generated voice calls.
- Have their voice recorded during these calls.
- Have the transcripts of these calls analyzed by Artificial Intelligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold SenCare harmless from any claims arising from a lack of consent.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for both yourself and the care recipient.
- Ensure that the service is used only for legitimate wellness monitoring of a family member or consented individual.
- Not use the Service for telemarketing, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenCare Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any failure of the Service to detect or alert you of an emergency or health concern.
5. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
